Location: Sudbury / Full‑Time Salary Range: $80,000 – 105,000

Position Summary
ACOSAT Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Administration (VP Administration), to lead the company’s administrative governance, operational coordination, and organizational support systems. This executive role is responsible for establishing administrative procedures, overseeing documentation standards, and ensuring smooth operational alignment across all departments.
The VP of Administration will work closely with executive leadership, including the Director of Operations, VP of HR/Compliance, VP of Business Development & Export Promotion, and CFO, to maintain administrative integrity and support ACOSAT’s growth across Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of ACOSAT’s administrative policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure cross‑departmental coordination.
Maintain organizational documentation, records, and compliance‑aligned administrative systems.
Support executive leadership with structured reporting, briefings, and operational planning.
Establish administrative workflows for personnel management, project coordination, and internal communication.
Ensure proper retention, confidentiality, and organization of corporate records.
Oversee administrative staff and guide operational execution of administrative activities.
Support onboarding, workforce documentation, and administrative compliance requirements
Coordinate administrative readiness for partnerships, service delivery, and expansion initiatives.
Maintain structured communication between ACOSAT Canada, ACOSAT USA, and international divisions.
Support governance, quality control, and organizational integrity systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, or a related field
5–10 years of progressive administrative or operational leadership experience
Strong understanding of administrative governance, documentation standards, and organizational systems
Experience supporting executive leadership in a growing or early‑stage organization
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain administrative continuity
Familiarity with compliance, HR coordination, or operational governance is an asset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive organizational information
Proficiency with digital documentation tools and administrative software
